I have recently had eight years experience in a variety of roles within a main dealer group head office culminating in my current role as Group Operations Support Manager reporting directly into the Managing Director.
I am currently utilising my skills, knowledge and experience working for one of our former business partners advising on a number of new strategic projects.

1. Delivering over £900k in additional finance and value added product income since 2009 leading to me receiving the ‘Annual Finance & Insurance Achievement Award’ at the 2011 Finance & Insurance conference
2. Leading the design and roll-out of the ‘Putting Customers First’ sales process delivering industry leading customer service results – sales mystery shop scores up from 57% (2009) to 84% (2012)
3. Leading the design and launch of a new ‘stock feed to website’ portal and mobile site including the implementation of QR codes within Point of Sale material
4. Managing the re-brand of the former Sunwin Motor Group to The Co-operative Motor Group for which we won the Automotive Management ‘Best Marketing Initiative’ Award – brand mystery shop results up from 78% (2009) to 92% (2012)
